Library Service District approves Modoc Contracting for community courtyard project
The Library Service District accepted a $715,000 OPRD local government grant to build a library community courtyard and authorized a contract with Modoc Contracting Company Inc.; the board approved preconstruction services not to exceed $8,100 from reserve and grant funds.

During a recessed Library Service District session on April 14, board members approved entering into an agreement with Modoc Contracting Company Inc. to provide construction-manager/general-contractor (CM/GC) services for the Klamath County Library Community Courtyard at 296 Main Street.
