Commissioners discussed the county’s role as the fiscal agent for a transmission-planning grant and the need to document project representation and match records. The agreement names Paul Vogel of CET as the project/contract representative for the contractor doing the work, but CET is expected to dissolve and the county needs to update the contract to name a county representative.
