Vice Chairperson Beth Delaney called the Scotland Public Library Board meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. on April 14, 2026. During new business, Leahbeth Scandura moved to offer the Library Director position to Andrew Tingley; Angela Maschka seconded, and the minutes record that all present voted in favor.
