The Spokane County Board of Commissioners voted April 14 to rescind a October 21, 2025 notice that would have terminated cooperative agreement AAD-6-11772 with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) concerning operation and maintenance of Gateway Park, allowing the county to continue current operations, including the Patricia Simone dog park.
