The Chair opened a public hearing on the Greene County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and a related amendment, asking anyone who wished to speak to state their name for the record. "This public hearing is to hear comments from the public," the Chair said at the outset, and repeated the invitation several times. When no one responded, the Chair closed the hearing.
