Applicant representative Andrew Browning told the board the parties reached a written agreement regarding the adjacent homeowner’s access and early‑morning storage concerns and asked for approval. Supervisors questioned whether the neighbor’s access would remain and whether buffers would be native plantings; staff confirmed required buffers and supplemental screening are to be installed on the applicant’s property.
