Following the passage of House Bill 12 47, Vice Chair (S4) moved a consent calendar that listed several bills as withdrawn or unfavorable (House bills 9 83, 14 99, 15 09 and 15 66). The motion was seconded, there was no discussion, and Chair (S1) closed the voting session, announcing bill hearings would begin in 15 minutes.
