Planning commission approves multiple subdivisions and variances, postpones Frederickson deck variance

The Petersburg Borough Planning Commission approved a series of land-use items (minor and major subdivisions, a garage variance and a property-sale recommendation to the borough assembly) and voted to postpone a deck variance request to allow the applicant to resubmit with a 5-foot setback and required materials.
