During the informational director’s report on April 13 the commission was briefed on several planning matters, including guidance from the law department that a development agreement cannot be used as a quid pro quo condition for Planned Unit Development approval, issuance of a temporary use permit for a "safe new bin," and a forthcoming Redevelopment Authority presentation by 360 LLC on a multi‑phase housing proposal covering roughly 200 units.
