"These numbers are reconciled through March," Sarah said, noting staff resolved a prior reconciliation issue.
Sarah said TPT was down roughly 1.6% year-to-date, driven primarily by a 57% decline in construction-related receipts and a 20% drop in commercial rentals; retail sales and restaurant receipts were up. On expenditures, the general fund had spent approximately $5,400,000 year-to-date and remaining general fund balances were reported; cash on hand in the general fund was $2,353,533, about $291,000 higher than February but slightly down from March 2025.
The presentation covered other funds, noting slower spend in grants and capital (around 9% of budget spent in other funds year-to-date). Sarah invited questions; none were asked and the council moved on to other business.
