Finance and operations staff explained that the copier contract produced projected savings relative to the incumbent and that the DATAMARK work is grant-supported and will provide digital maps that emergency services can access.
Board votes on each motion were recorded as unanimous "Aye." Where staff framed choices, they cited MSDE guidance on approved assessment tools for literacy priorities and noted pilot work with Renaissance STAR prior to recommendation.
