On 48 Lovers Lane, staff recommended approval because the proposed IA system would reduce nitrogen loading from 38 mg/L to roughly 19 mg/L and provide a larger separation distance to groundwater; that item passed by roll-call vote as recorded in the packet (3–0–2 in favor, per the transcript).
For each approved loan the board recorded motions and votes on the record; staff will follow up with applicants on final signatures and permit steps. Several items were approved with the board’s standard policy adjustments for non-primary residences.
The board’s agenda also included continuation of public-hearing items for watershed and wellhead-protection regulation drafts; those hearings will resume after staff coordinates wording with housing officials.
