County Attorney Beverly B. Louthan requested the Gosper County Board enter closed session at 9:17 a.m. on March 31 to discuss contract negotiations. The board voted to go into closed session (motion by Chairperson Terry Lerdall, seconded by Bruce Bader) and returned to open session at 9:28 a.m. The minutes explicitly record that no action was taken while in closed session.
