On Aug. 15, 2016 the Fillmore County Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on a Conditional Use Permit filed by Trailblazer Pipeline Company LLC to construct an industrial pipeline through multiple sections in the northwest portion of the county, with a starting point near the NW corner of Section 15 (T5 R2) and ending near Section 8 (T6 R2). Representatives Dennis Biteman and Shawn Bates attended to answer questions from the commission and the public.
