Councilmember Christopher Hightower said he recommended further revisions to the organizational chart, and staff were directed to amend it for future consideration.
The council recorded the handbook approval on a unanimous vote with the organizational chart omitted; the transcript shows follow-up discussion will continue before the chart is reinserted.
