Kirk told council members that city staff will present comparative Granite Falls Charge (GFC) rate data versus other cities at the next meeting. Councilmember Straughn later asked about tree replanting rules after a separate public-art item was discussed.
No formal ordinance or fee adoption occurred at this meeting; the council received the updates and will consider related budget or ordinance actions in future sessions.
