Commission approves 210-foot cell tower conditional-use permit near Fairmont
On April 21, 2014 the Fillmore County Planning Commission approved a conditional-use permit for a roughly 210-foot telecommunications tower filed by Derek McGrew (Cellusite). The tower will be self-supporting, use no guide wires, and the lease term was reported as 35 years.
