Staff presented a proposed text amendment to Section 130-31 (Plan Development District) intended to simplify the city's PD regulations by consolidating subtypes (PDI, PDB, PDM) into a single "plan development" category and providing a checklist of standards developers may select—especially for residential projects and developments over 10 acres.
