Council approves multiple infrastructure contracts and development agreements, including $7.7M road reconstruction
The council approved several construction and service contracts—Peterson Contractors received a $7.7M award for Catoskee Drive/Huntington Road reconstruction; Aspro Inc. received the asphalt overlay and a sanitary extension contract awards; multiple mowing/snow removal contracts and development agreements (including a $5,000 sale to ENC Investments with a $5,000 reimbursement) were also approved.
