State assumes CLTS contracting; vendors told to update registries, training and progress-reporting

Shelly Tolleson, one of the county’s CLTS supervisors, told vendors that effective Jan. 1 the state has taken over entering purchase-of-service contracts for CLTS services and that county staff will shift to authorizations and oversight. “The state is taking it all over,” Tolleson said, explaining providers must adjust to changes in background-check processes and the state provider registry.
