Votes at a glance: supervisors pass development fee ordinance and first‑reading tax code changes; PUC contract amendment advanced

At its Oct. 21 meeting the San Francisco Board of Supervisors finally passed an ordinance postponing certain development impact fee collection (item 17, 9–1) and approved first readings of two tax‑code ordinances (items 18–19) with an 8–2 split; the board also adopted multiple resolutions authorizing PUC contracts, a school solar funding agreement and other city agreements.
