PAUL — The Minnesota Senate Finance Committee voted April 20 to recommend passage of Senate File 4807 as amended, an omnibus veterans bill that adds recognition and limited state benefits for veterans who served with Special Guerrilla Units (SGU) and irregular forces operating from bases in Laos during the secret war.
