The Limestone County engineer presented six preliminary-final subdivision items at the April 20 work session, listing names, district locations and proposed lot counts.
Ethan, the engineer, told commissioners the items included the Walker Smith subdivision of Tate Plantation (a replat of Lots 4 and 5 creating three lots in District 3), Griggs Acres (minor, District 3, five lots), Sunset Hollow (minor, District 1, two new lots), Bethel Estate (minor, District 1, two lots) and Lappington Estate (creating six lots in District 4). Paradise Shores Addition No. 1 was pulled from the list because staff requested additional information.
Ethan presented the items as preliminary-final approvals, and commissioners asked no substantive questions during the work session. Staff will process any required paperwork and follow up with additional information for the pulled Paradise Shores item.
