Staff said final plats are not required to include a neighborhood meeting and that some traffic studies already on file included the area, but residents urged more engagement and attention to sidewalks and green infrastructure.
Commissioner Way moved to accept the consent agenda as presented; the motion passed 7–0. The approved final plat will move to the City Council as appropriate for any remaining city-level approvals and for recordation.
