Clyde council rejects rezoning for proposed RV park after split vote
The Clyde City Council voted on Oct. 20, 2025, on an ordinance to rezone lots in the S&K Subdivision from Neighborhood Residential to General Commercial to allow an RV park. The measure failed 2–3 after Mayor Paul McGuire cast the tie‑breaking no vote; a CUP therefore cannot be issued under current zoning.
