Human Resources Director Michelle Shaw presented several personnel requisitions across departments. The Board tabled the Emergency Management Department Specialist request for further research and discussion but approved routine refills and classification changes. Commissioners appointed Dave Daniel as Interim Emergency Services Manager (motion by Commissioner Colene Martin, seconded by Commissioner Gary Richardson; roll call 3‑0).
