Cook invited the public to a community meeting on the Microsoft project from 4 to 7 p.m. the next day at the Civic Auditorium where Microsoft and project staff planned stations to answer specific questions.
Council members voted in favor of the resolution on a voice vote. Cook emphasized the amendment only affects the allocation area within the city limits that is already under construction, not the expanded area under separate consideration.
