Parmer County commissioners approve routine minutes, payroll and bills; table postage-meter contract
The Parmer County Commissioners Court approved minutes from Dec. 23, 2025, accepted the treasurer's payroll report and authorized payment of accounts payable covering late-2025 and early-Jan. 2026 invoices. The court tabled renewal of the Quadient postage-meter contract pending receipt of the proposed five-year agreement.
