At its March 31 meeting the council approved minutes and the agenda, appointed Paul Mortensen to the Connect (CVTD) board, approved changes to the City Building Basement Use Policy, and adopted the state's WUI map as part of the WUI ordinance; all motions passed 4–0 with one absence.

The River Heights City Council recorded four formal motions during the March 31 meeting. All motions passed with Councilmembers Kandi Evans, Mark Malmstrom, Janet Mathews and Chris Milbank voting in favor; Councilmember Lance Pitcher was absent for the votes.
