- Motion #2: Approve Paul Mortensen as the Providence/River Heights representative on the Connect (CVTD) Board. Moved by Councilmember Janet Mathews; seconded by Councilmember Kandi Evans. Outcome: approved, 4–0 (Pitcher absent).
- Motion #3: Approve changes to the City Building Basement Use Policy (including deposit/fee clarifications and delegated authority for fee waivers). Moved by Councilmember Kandi Evans; seconded by Councilmember Mark Malmstrom. Outcome: approved, 4–0 (Pitcher absent).
- Motion #4: Approve the Wildland‑Urban Interface (WUI) map to attach to the WUI ordinance adopted in December 2025. Moved by Councilmember Kandi Evans; seconded by Councilmember Janet Mathews. Outcome: approved, 4–0 (Pitcher absent).
Several other items were discussed but not acted on formally (water‑rate study review, Google Fiber discussion tabled, green waste dumpsters decision to not provide dumpsters this season).
