Staff notified the commission that the May 19 Planning & Zoning hearing for a racetrack commercial application could not be properly noticed. Commissioners agreed it was reasonable to reschedule the site visit to 2:00 p.m. and the hearing to 4:30 p.m. on June 16 at the Pitkin County Building; staff said no other business was scheduled for that date and that the timing aligns with typical meeting logistics.
