Several members said they had not been provided updated financial analysis and therefore could not assess townwide impacts; they moved to recommend not recommending adoption pending a full financial report. The motion passed unanimously.
The committee asked that planners and the large‑house review group return with the consultant's updated financial analysis so the committee can evaluate both individual article impacts and cumulative effects.
