Resource Development Committee backs letter supporting RS 2477 litigation funding
The committee voted to support a letter enabling state intermediary PLIPCO to apply for OHB access-protection grant funds tied to the long-running RS 2477 litigation, and agreed Chair Carrie Glover will sign. County staff said it is seeking $1.5 million to cover three years of outside counsel costs.
