At its March 20 meeting the Board approved a series of resolutions: a proclamation for Red Dress Day (Res. 42-2008), endorsement of the Connecting Michigan Trailways plan (Res. 43-2008), lease with Calhoun Health Plan (Res. 44-2008; Chair Segal abstained), personnel exception for Carl Gibson (Res. 45-2008), FY2007 budget adjustments (Res. 46-2008), Strategic Solid Waste Plan (Res. 47-2008), assessing services agreement with Battle Creek (Res. 48-2008), and claims payable totaling $658,478.06 (Res. 49-2008).
