Brainerd council approves code enforcement changes, construction-surveying agreement and staff hires
Council approved a proposed code enforcement ordinance permitting active enforcement on major thoroughfares and in parks, authorized an agreement with SEH for construction surveying, ratified a technology specialist hire and accepted a resignation to start a backfill process.
