He also described a tentative agreement covering collective bargaining for the county jail (item No. 14) that, if approved, would place the county under contract with current bargaining units. Slister said items 18 through 21 involve conflict counsel matters related to the public defender's office.
Slister added that item No. 24 is an RCAP pass-through agreement for Beaver Area School tied to renovation of the school's pool; he described that paperwork as the close-out portion of that contract. He also said personnel and real-estate matters would be discussed in executive session.
