The commission recommended conditional-use approvals for vacation rentals at 1750 S State St (Marlene Cohen), 390 W Prickley Pear Circle (Sean Riley) and 1045 S Pinion Pine Drive (Sam Cubas); UDOT confirmed approved access will not change for the Cohen property.
