Planning commission tables rezoning request for Terry Griffiths, asks for narrower proposal
The Oroville Planning & Zoning Commission opened a public hearing on a request by Terry Griffiths to rezone three parcels from R-1A to C-1, expressed concerns about housing loss and notice requirements, and voted to table the application so the applicant can resubmit a narrower proposal (rezoning 0-6-14 only, reclassifying 0-6-15 to R-1 and dropping 0-6-13).

The Oroville Planning and Zoning Commission on March 25 opened a public hearing on a zone-change application submitted by Terry Griffiths to rezone parcels 0-6-13, 0-6-14 and 0-6-15 from Single-Family Residential (R-1A) to Commercial District C-1 and then voted to table the request so the applicant can revise the proposal.
