Staff presented case PZ20261630, a variance request for 1559 (also referenced as 5463) Peach Tree Road to permit two commercial dumpster enclosures in the front yard. Staff said the 25,000-square-foot building, constructed in 1971 and currently used as a thrift and consignment store, sits directly adjacent to the property line and therefore lacks a usable rear yard for dumpster placement.
