The city commission voted April 20 to adopt the final five-year Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) project plan and to authorize the city manager to act as the city's representative in pursuing SRF funding. The action followed a presentation by Art Krieger, director of municipal utilities, and consultant Doug Eckhart, who outlined projects, funding mechanics and a public hearing requirement.
