Prosper planning commission approves Creekside amenity plan, adds masonry-wall requirement
The Prosper Planning and Zoning Commission on April 21 approved a site plan for the Creekside subdivision amenity area, voting 5–1 to require a masonry wall along the southern edge in place of the originally proposed wrought-iron fence; staff said the developer will maintain the wall until the HOA assumes responsibility.

Prosper’s Planning and Zoning Commission on April 21 approved a site plan for an amenity area in the Creekside subdivision, adding a condition that the southern portion of the amenity center use a masonry wall rather than the originally proposed wrought-iron fence. The motion, made by Commissioner Hamilton and seconded by Commissioner Daniels, carried 5–1.
