Under old business, Sandy Rohde distributed a written program report from Shasta Blackford, who was not present to give an update. Massad reported that she attended the ND Water Convention and Irrigation Workshop in December and provided an update to the board.
On new business the board reorganized its officers. Ryan Perhus nominated Sandy Rohde for secretary/treasurer, a motion seconded by Mary Massad; the nomination carried with all members voting aye. Perhus also nominated Massad for vice president, seconded by Russ Stein, and nominated Schollmeyer for president, seconded by Kane Gjermundson; both nominations carried unanimously. Those present and recorded as voting aye were Mike Schollmeyer, Mary Massad, Kane Gjermundson, Russ Stein, Ryan Perhus and Sandy Rohde.
Russ Stein moved to adjourn the meeting; Ryan Perhus seconded and the motion carried with all members voting aye. The board scheduled its next meeting for April 15, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. The minutes were signed by Sandy Rohde, recorded as Secretary.
