Silverleaf: During a public hearing Melissa (city planning staff) presented a request from Jay Larson Homes LLC to rezone roughly 70 acres north of 310th Street and east of T Avenue to a mix of R-2 (single-family) and R-4 (townhomes). Melissa said the site contains "approximately 70 acres" and the concept plan shows "a total of 142 single family lots and 2 outlots for townhome development with a total of 77 units." Staff noted required parkland of about 3.9 acres based on the shown lots and said the applicant proposed a fee in lieu of land dedication; staff recommended moving forward.…
