Council approved a suite of resolutions and ordinances including appointments to the Main Street board, hazard mitigation adoption, multiple grant applications, natural gas contract assignments and hotel occupancy tax support for a March event; staff and Able City recommended rejecting non-responsive bids for the Paul Poag Theater Phase III and to re-advertise the project.
