Weslaco commission approves purchase of TxDOT parcels for economic development

WESLACO, Texas — The Weslaco City Commission on Oct. 6 approved Resolution 2025-64 to purchase two parcels described as the northeast and southwest "jug handles" at the intersection of IH-2 and FM 1015 in Weslaco, Hidalgo County, and authorized the mayor to execute any related documents.
