Deputy Emergency Manager Catie Larsen asked the Greeley County Board of Commissioners to approve an updated Region 26 Interlocal Cooperation Agreement at the April 14 meeting. The agreement, which lists participating counties and municipalities including Blaine, Garfield, Greeley, Loup, Sherman, Thomas, Valley, Wheeler and the City of Ord, is scheduled to take effect July 1, 2026.
