The Fulton County Council voted April 21 to engage Baker Tilly to begin work on a fiscal-sustainability plan and other budget-assistance services. The scope includes a fiscal-sustainability plan (cost not to exceed $35,000), annual budget assistance (not to exceed $25,000) and a local income-tax analysis (not to exceed $5,000), with the firm’s hourly rates specified for matters outside the engagement.
