John Speckman presented the case. Commissioner Danielle Bethell moved to approve the Mass Gathering application; Commissioner Kevin Cameron seconded. The motion carried with Commissioners Bethell, Cameron and Chair Colm Willis voting aye. Commissioner Willis then closed the public hearing.
