The Sumner County Library Board Bylaws/Policies Committee voted unanimously to send a draft fundraising policy to the full Library Board after discussing wording and legal questions about the Board’s role versus Friends and nonprofit groups.

The Library Board Bylaws/Policies Committee on April 2 voted to forward a draft Fundraising policy to the full Library Board for consideration. The motion to send the draft to the full Board was made by Mike Bryan and seconded by Jim Holcomb and passed unanimously.
