The commissioners forwarded appropriation requests for a spay/neuter clinic, software and equipment, approved a county surveyor contract and an ECS tower maintenance renewal (pending council funding), approved opioid JRAC grant agreements, adopted an annual MVR policy change, and denied a zoning map amendment from AR/B2 to I2 for Bierman Properties.
